FUNCTIONAL CHIROPRACTIC CARE
THAT MOVES WITH YOU

Structural alignment is the foundation of everything — how you move, how you perform, how you recover, and how long you stay in the game.

WHAT IT IS

MORE THAN JUST AN ADJUSTMENT

Chiropractic care at our clinic begins where conventional clinics stop. We don't just locate a restricted joint and crack it. We assess how that restriction developed, which movement patterns are driving it, and what changes are needed to keep it from coming back.

   THE CORE PRINCIPLE

  • Your spine and joints are under constant mechanical stress from training, work postures, old injuries, and movement compensations. When joints lose their proper motion and alignment, the surrounding muscles, nerves, and connective tissue all compensate — creating pain, dysfunction, and performance limitations that compound over time. Chiropractic adjustments restore joint mobility and neurological input, giving your body the foundation it needs to function at its best.

   HOW WE ASSESS YOU

  • Before any adjustment, we conduct a functional movement screen and orthopedic assessment. We're looking at the whole picture: how you stand, how you squat, how you move under load, which muscles are not performing, where your muscles compensate, and where restrictions are showing up. This tells us far more than an X-ray alone.

   FOR ATHLETES

  • Optimize force transfer through the kinetic chain
  • Address sport-specific overuse patterns
  • Accelerate recovery between training sessions
  • Reduce injury risk by restoring joint symmetry
  • Improve neuromuscular control and coordination

   FOR ACTIVE PROFESSSIONALS

  • Correct postural strain from desk work or manual labor
  • Relieve chronic neck, shoulder, and low back pain
  • Restore function after workplace injury
  • Maintain mobility and energy throughout demanding days
  • Prevent accumulation of dysfunction over time

   WHAT WE COMMONLY TREAT

  • Low back pain, neck pain and stiffness, headaches and migraines, disc injuries (bulge/herniation), sciatica, shoulder impingement, hip dysfunction, IT band syndrome, thoracic restriction, and posture-related chronic pain. We also work with athletes managing sports injuries and parents managing their own bodies while keeping up with active kids.

HOW IT INTEGRATES WITH OTHER CARE

  • Chiropractic adjustments are often most powerful when combined with soft tissue work. If the muscles pulling a joint out of alignment aren't addressed, that joint will drift back to dysfunction. That's why we routinely pair adjustments with muscle scraping, dry needling, or cupping in the same session — each one reinforcing the others.
